Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.
Please Note: For Safety and Hygiene Reasons
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
  • Chemicals (including Chlorine & Bromine, Clarifiers & Enzymes, Cleaners)
  • Opening/Closing Kits
  • Any used brushes, cleaners, or accessories that come into direct contact with pool water.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the original return is received and approved. If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders where a return is initiated, the value of the standard shipping fee ($12.95) may be deducted from your refund if the returned item causes the order value to fall below $50.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including covering return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email.
