• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Order processing takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy includes:

Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receipt
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• All chemicals (Chlorine, Bromine, Clarifiers, Enzymes, Cleaners)
• Opening/Closing Kits
• Used brushes, cleaners, or accessories that contacted pool water

Return Process

2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Ship items to the provided address with your RMA number and order details

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders where a return is initiated, the value of standard shipping ($12.95) may be deducted if the returned item causes the order value to fall below $50.
